Old and new photos - Shinobazu pond

I like to study photo albums with old photos, many of them are good resources on photo composition.
Yesterday, one photo from Japanese Old Photographs In Bakumatsu-Meiji Period draw my attention, the Shinobazu pond from Ueno, filled with blossoming lotuses.
After a century, the landscape changed, but the lake is still the same…

Îmi place să studiez albumele cu fotografii vechi, deoarece multe dintre ele rămân de referinţă, datorită unghiurilor alese şi a compoziţiei.
Zilele trecute mi-a atras atenţia o fotografie de pe Japanese Old Photographs In Bakumatsu-Meiji Period, cu Shinobazu pond din Ueno, plin cu lotuşii înfloriţi.
După un secol, peisajul din jur nu mai seamănă deloc, dar lacul a rămas neschimbat…
