Casual sightseeing in Tokyo - Inari Shrine in Akihabara

Deviating from the usual tourist routes in Akihabara, I discovered this small Inari Shrine, a jewel hidden among the high buildings, somewhere behind the Ishimaru store.

I seem to go to the shrine unintentionally every time I visit Akiba. I always like traversing down the side streets looking for buried treasures at the used computer shops.

I love this, i will search it when i will visit Tokyo! I wonder if mini shrines like this are common in Japan.
